Update for today for my app <a href="https://gawain.fly.dev/" class="autolinkedURL autolinkedURL-url" target="_blank">gawain.fly.dev</a>
Using HTML canvas and #javascript, I was able to create an annotating feature upon screen sharing real time! 🔥
It enables both users to write or draw something they want upon screen sharing and both of them can see what they are writing. This is something that my wife ask me and was able to do it.
However, there is still a lot of work to do like:

<li>Pen and erasers button
</li>
<li>Cursor with name
</li>
<li>Whiteboard
</li>
<li>migrating the javascript code to phoenix LiveView.
</li>
</ul>
